• Validity: The ticket/voucher is valid for 30 days from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day.
• What’s Included: Each Single Admission Ticket is valid for one Child and one Adult entry for its specified duration.
• Redemption: Present your voucher (mobile or printed) at the counter to exchange it for a physical ticket/wristband.
• Wristband: A wristband will be issued upon entry, and the exit timing will be indicated on it. You can track your play time using this exit timing.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made after purchase. Single Admission Tickets are non-refundable, not for re-sale, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Compulsory Waiver Form: Filling up the waiver form is obligatory for ALL participants. [Click here to fill up the waiver form] before entering the premises.
• Grip Socks: To ensure the safety of all guests, grip socks are now compulsory. Please note: Not included in purchase.
• Adult Supervision:
  • Participants below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an Adult aged 18 and above.
  • Each participant below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 and above).
• Prohibitions: Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• Physical Mobility: Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in a wheelchair.

Capacity: There may be some waiting time before entering the park if the park has reached its maximum capacity.

• One-Time Entry: The Single Admission Ticket is entitled to one-time entry. Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
• Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period will be given to guests to exit the venue after their play time expires.

Overtime Fee: An additional $15 per child/guest will be charged at the counter for guests exceeding the 10-minute grace period.

• Additional Adult: Each Admission Ticket admits only one Adult. Each additional Adult will be charged SGD 10 per hour. No Adult may switch with another Adult during the specified duration.
• Clean-up Charges: The operator reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine, and leaks.
