TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yooland.sg website and the services, tickets, and facilities provided by J&M Innovations Pte. Ltd. (“Yooland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at our indoor playground locations (Giggle Jungle, Yooland, SkyHop). By purchasing a ticket or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ticketing and Admission

  • Purchase: All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Yooland reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises without refund if their behavior is deemed detrimental to the safety and enjoyment of other guests.
  • Resale: The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

2. Safety and Conduct Rules

  • Parent/Guardian Responsibility: All children must be supervised by a responsible parent or guardian (aged 18 or above) at all times while on the premises. Yooland staff are present for monitoring the equipment, not for supervising individual children.
  • Age and Height Limits: Users must adhere to all posted age, height, and weight restrictions for specific play areas and equipment.
  • Footwear: Socks must be worn by all Users (children and adults) within the play areas for hygiene and safety.
  • Food and Drink: Only food and beverages purchased on the premises (if applicable) or specifically permitted by Yooland may be consumed.

3. Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: By entering the premises, all Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with an indoor playground environment, including the risk of injury.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yooland shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of the premises or services.
  • Damage to Property: Users are responsible for any damage caused to Yooland’s property or equipment due to negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Media and Photography

  • Personal Use: Users are permitted to take photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Commercial Use: Any commercial photography or media recording requires prior written consent from Yooland management.
  • Yooland’s Right to Media: Users acknowledge that Yooland or its agents may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your, and your child’s, image in any such recording without compensation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
